Shipping & Delivery Policy

Youth Everest Foundation is a registered social welfare organization and non-governmental institution. We do not engage in commercial retail transactions. This shipping and delivery policy governs the fulfillment and dispatch of official digital e-receipts, 80G tax exemption certificates, membership credentials, and volunteer appointment letters issued by the foundation.

Upon the successful completion of an online donation or membership registration through our portal, an automated electronic receipt is generated immediately and transmitted directly to your registered email address and WhatsApp number. Donors can also download their digital receipt and certificate directly from our website portal at any time.

Consolidated annual 80G tax exemption certificates are issued electronically and emailed to donors. Physical membership identification cards, volunteer appreciation certificates, and mementos (where applicable under special programs) are packaged securely and dispatched through India Post Speed Post or reputed registered couriers from our Head Office in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

• Physical Membership ID Cards: Processed, printed, and dispatched within 7 to 10 working days.
• Standard Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days depending on delivery destination within Bharat.
