Founder’s Message

India’s youth represent one of the nation’s greatest strengths and a powerful force for social progress. When their knowledge, leadership, skills and energy are channelled towards volunteerism and community service, young people can become effective partners in nation-building and sustainable development.

At Youth Everest Foundation, we are committed to creating meaningful opportunities for youth through volunteerism, leadership development, skill building and community engagement. Our journey began on 28 July 2021 as Youth Vision Welfare Society and continues today as Youth Everest Foundation, with a sustained commitment to empowering youth to understand their social responsibilities, strengthen their capabilities and contribute constructively to their communities.

We believe that every young person has the potential to lead, serve and create positive change. Through our initiatives and platforms, we encourage youth to learn, lead, serve and participate in addressing community needs and advancing inclusive development.

We envision a Viksit Bharat where youth leadership, volunteerism and civic participation serve as strong pillars of national development, and where every citizen has the opportunity to contribute through their knowledge, skills, time and commitment to society.

We warmly welcome youth, volunteers, changemakers, communities and partner organisations from across the country to join us in this shared journey of service and nation-building.

Together, let us make service a value, empower youth to lead, strengthen communities and contribute towards a strong, inclusive, self-reliant and Viksit Bharat.

Across our communities, there are countless young people with talent, compassion and a genuine desire to contribute. What they need is the right direction, meaningful opportunities and the confidence to take the first step. Youth Everest Foundation seeks to transform this potential into purposeful and organised action.

We believe that young people should not remain limited to participating in programmes; they should be encouraged to understand challenges, identify solutions and take the initiative to create change within their own communities. Through volunteering, leadership, skill development, education and community engagement, we strive to create opportunities that enable youth to grow with purpose.

For me, youth empowerment is not simply about providing opportunities. It is about nurturing the confidence, sense of responsibility and leadership capacity that enables a young person to move forward independently and create pathways for others as well.

I firmly believe that India’s greatest strength lies in its people, and its youth possess the ability to give this strength a new direction. When even one young person dedicates a part of their time and talent to society, the impact can extend far beyond an individual life and influence generations to come.

Through Youth Everest Foundation, our endeavour is to ensure that service becomes more than an activity—it becomes a value, a responsibility and a way of life for young people.
