About Quiz
Youth development and community participation play an important role in building informed, responsible and resilient communities. Awareness about essential life skills, social responsibility and community preparedness can empower citizens to respond effectively to challenges and contribute meaningfully to society.
To promote awareness and encourage active participation among citizens, Youth Everest Foundation (formerly Youth Vision Welfare Society) is organizing this quiz as an educational and awareness initiative. The quiz aims to enhance participants’ understanding of important social issues, strengthen civic awareness and encourage young people to become responsible and informed contributors to their communities.
Objectives of the Quiz
The objectives of this quiz are:
a) To create awareness and improve understanding of important social, civic and community-related issues.
b) To encourage young citizens to develop knowledge, critical thinking and a sense of social responsibility.
c) To promote active participation of youth in community development, volunteering and nation-building initiatives.
d) To inspire citizens to become informed, responsible and proactive members of society.
Quiz Instructions
The quiz is open to all eligible participants. Participants are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
The quiz will focus on Disaster Preparedness, including disaster risk reduction, emergency response, early warning systems, safety measures and community resilience.
Participants will have a maximum of 10 minutes to complete the quiz.
Participants must attempt all questions within the prescribed time limit.
Participants are expected to participate based on their own knowledge and understanding and should not use any unfair means.
All participants who successfully complete the quiz will receive an Online Certificate of Participation.
The certificate will be issued based on the information provided during registration. Participants are therefore advised to enter their name and other details carefully.
The quiz results and any related decisions will be determined by the organizing team in accordance with the applicable rules.
The quiz is designed to promote disaster preparedness, awareness, responsible action and community safety among citizens.
By participating in the quiz, participants agree to abide by all the above instructions and guidelines.
